Development Trend of Woodworking Machinery

With the continuous development of science and technology, new technologies, new materials and new processes are emerging. Foreign advanced technologies and equipment will continue to pour in. For domestic woodworking machinery, challenges and opportunities coexist. The development of electronic technology, digital control technology, laser technology, microwave technology and high pressure jet technology has brought new vitality to the automation, flexibility, intelligence and integration of furniture machinery, increasing the variety of machine tools and improving the technical level. The development trends at home and abroad are as follows: (1) The involvement of high and new technologies in woodworking machinery and the promotion of automation and intelligence indicate that high and new technologies are advancing to various technical fields, regardless of the application of numerical control processing technology in woodworking machinery or the popularization of computer technology. Electronic technology, nanotechnology, space technology, biotechnology, etc. are or will be widely used in woodworking machinery. (2) More imitation of metal processing methods. From the development history of woodworking machinery in the world, wood processing methods tend to assimilate with metal processing methods, such as the emergence of numerical control router. Can we boldly predict that wood will be reshaped and shaped like forged steel ingots in the future? More imitation of metal processing methods. (3) Scale-driven Benefits From the perspective of the domestic development pattern, wood processing enterprises or woodworking machinery and equipment have a tendency to become large-scale or large-scale, otherwise they will be eliminated. (5) Putting people first and realizing green environmental protection The Chinese government has implemented two major system construction and six major project construction of returning farmland to forest, natural forest protection project and forestry, which are all wise actions to protect the environment. Since July 1, 2002, the standard of wood-based panel products has been fully enforced, and production and sales are not allowed if they do not meet the requirements of environmental protection. The development of wood processing industry must follow two principles. First, protect the environment, obtain natural resources to the minimum and reduce environmental pollution to the maximum. Secondly, wood processing products must be harmless to human body or the harmful degree must be controlled within the lowest range. Therefore, woodworking machinery and wood products with vitality in the future must be designed according to ergonomics and meet the requirements of environmental protection. (6) Improve production efficiency and automation. There are two ways to improve the production efficiency: one is to shorten the processing time, but to shorten the auxiliary time. In order to shorten the processing time, apart from increasing the cutting speed and feed rate, the main measure is the concentration of working procedures. Due to the reasons of cutting tools, vibration and noise, the cutting speed and feed rate cannot be increased indefinitely, because the multi-pass combined machine tool and the processing center with multi-working procedures have become the main development direction. For example, a double-ended milling machine combined with sawing, milling, drilling, tenoning, sanding and other functions; Edge banding machine combined with various processing technologies; A numerical control machining center with a variety of cutting processes. Shortening the auxiliary working time is mainly to reduce the non-processing time and reduce the auxiliary working time to a minimum by adopting a processing center with a tool magazine or by adopting a mode of automatically exchanging worktables between a numerical control assembly line and a flexible processing unit.
